Pt nanoparticles supported on carbon particles have been attracting much interest as catalysts [1-3] and [4-7]. The uniform supporting of fine Pt particles is important for constructing effective electrodes. Usually Pt supported carbon particles are prepared by impregnation of Pt ions on carbon particles followed by reduction of Pt ions [1]. The supported amount and particle size of Pt can be controlled by impregnation time and Pt ion concentration. However, the supporting of Pt is often nonuniform and the removal or migration of Pt particles from the surface of carbon takes place.
