摘要

Copper and its alloys are finding increasing applications due to their high conductivity, good corrosion resistance and high melting point. In addition to high electrical and thermal conductivity, good tribological characteristic is required in the electrical contact domain. Recent studies have found that ceramic particles, i.e., SiC and Al_2O_3 can improve the wear resistance of aluminum matrix composites effectively [1,2]. As solid lubricant, graphite has been added into metals in order to improve wear resistance and seizure resistance by reducing the coefficient of friction [3,4].
