摘要

Increasing attention has been devoted to W-type hexagonal ferrites with the chemical composition La_(0.5)K_(0.5)Me_2 Fe_(16)O_(27) where one Me~(2+) represents Li_(0.5)Fe_(0.5) and other Me~(2+) represents Mn, Zn, Mg, Cr, Nr, Ni, Cu and Cd divalent metal ions. This interest derives from their potential applications as permanent magnets for electrical, electronic and automobile devices. Manganese, zinc-based ferrites have been widely used in electronic applications such as transforms, choke coils, noise filters, and recording heads, because of their high magnetic permeabilities and low magnetic losses [1-4].
