Study on the reactivity in the solid state between Ag_2S and Ag_2SO_4

摘要

For a long time sulfides and selenides containing d-element have been studied because of their interesting semiconducting properties. Silver sulfide (Ag_2S) is an n-type semiconductor which has been commonly used in photoconductors, photovoltaic and solar cells as well as in infra-red detectors.
