摘要

The ultrafine-grained hard metals have many advantages, such as high toughness, high hardness and strength, and thus the application of ultrafine-grained hard metals has been paid considerable attention. Recently plasma technology has been introduced into the hard metal field to prepare ultrafine tungsten or tungsten carbide powders. A schematic diagram is shown in Fig. 1.
