摘要

The structure of the surface and the interface is an important subject in the study of high-Tc super-conducting thin films, multilayers and superlattices. For example, application of high-Tc superconduct-ing films in passive microwave devices requires large uniform films with low surface resistance [1]. This requires large thin films with smooth surfaces and uniform layer thickness. Therefore, the surface and interface structure play an important role in the study of high-temperature superconducting thin films.
