摘要

Lead-based relaxor ferroelectrics are candidate materials for high performance multilayer capacitors (MLCs), because of their excellent dielectric proper-ties and low sintering temperature. Unfortunately, the fact that there is only one transition peak on the dielectric-temperature curve over a wide temperature range limits their application in MLCs with tem-perature-stable character such as the X7R specifica-tion of EIA standards. Previous studies have shown that it is effective to improve the temperature stability of ceramics using a mixed-sintering method [1-3]. However, because the two constituents usually employed have identical crystal structures, e.g. the perovskite structure, reaction between constituents easily takes place to form solid solutions during sintering [3,4].
