摘要

The controlled crystallization of glasses containing ferroelectric phases such as BaTiO3 [1], PbTiO3 [2] and NaNbO3 [3,4] has been studied by various workers. Their work has clearly demonstrated that the crystalline phases and their microstruclure with perovskite ferroelectrics are determined by the parent glass composition and heat treatment conditions.
