摘要

We propose a physical model that makes it possible to explain the change of the physico-mechanical characteristics of metallic materials when treated with impulsive electric current. Particular attention is devoted to describing the mechanism of the segregation and growth in the supersaturated, complexly-alloyed, solid-solution matrix of the fine carbide particles near the crystal lattice defects.
