摘要

Blends of natural rubber (NR)/epoxidised naturalrubber (ENR) were prepared and their morphology, transportbehaviour and mechanical properties have been studied. Ebonitemethod was used to study the blend morphology, Transportbehaviour of pentane, hexane, heptane and octane was studied inthe temperature range 27-60℃. Different transport parameterssuch as rate constant, diffusion and permeation coefficients, andsorption coefficient have been calculated. Temperaturedependence of diffusion has been used to estimate the activationparameters. The improved performance of NR/ENR blends hasbeen established from the mechanical studies of unswollen,swollen and deswollen samples.
