Piezoelectric and dielectric properties of PZN-BT-PZT solid solutios

摘要

Pb(Zn1/3Nb2/3)O3 ceramics with the perovskitestructure can be stabilized by substituting 6-7mol% BaTiO3(BT).Piezoelectric and dielectric properties of the pseudo-binary system(1-x)(0.94PZN-0.06BT)-xPb(Zr(1-y)Tiy)O3 were studied, and theeffects of Zr/Ti ratios and thermal annealing process on thepiezoelectric and dielectric properties were also discussed. Theresults show that the piezoelectric properties of this ceramicsystem are very good when x is about 0.50 and y is about 0.47with Kp=70%, d33=560pc/N, εm≈23,000. These ceramics arefavorable to piezoelectric actuators.
