beta-SiALON obtained from carbothermal reduction of kaolinite employing sample controlled reaction temperature (SCRT)

beta-SiALON has been obtained from carbothermal reduction of kaolinite by applying the sample controlled reaction temperature (SCRT) method. By using this technique for the synthesis it has been possible to obtain composites with different percentages of SiALON and with different microstructures.
