摘要

A laser-driven shock loading device is applied to time-resolved evaluation of shock loading behavior, including shock-induced reactions. The use of a shock cell enables us to launch a metallic mini-flyer of size in the order of nanograms tomicrograms and to realize shock loading with a duration in the order of tens to hundreds of nanoseconds. The developed system is described, with some comments on the improvement of accuracy in time-resolved measurement of flyer velocity. A copper-PMMA(poly methyl meta acrelate) system is employed to experimentally demonstrate the validity and effectiveness of the present system. A Mo-2Si system is also used to make real time evaluation on the shock-induced reaction from the MA-precursor by using thepresent system.
