摘要

Non-symmetrical-section steel forming is a very complicated process, and is very difficult to simulate. Based on the Updated-Lagrangian method, a theoretical model of the elastic-plastic large deformation spline finite strip method is presented in this paper. The method is employed to analyze the forming process of non-symmetrical-section steel for the first time, and the three-dimensional displacement field, foundation for the CAD/CAM high technology of a cold forming roll.
