Colombia's coking coal expansion plan has its naysayers

There's always a skeptic in the crowd, just ask any member of the Fiat Earth Society, or even better yet the universe's modern day Nostradamas - climate soothsayer Al Gore. However, reports about a plan that would dramatically increase Colombia's coking coal exports to 20 million tonnes/year by 2015 is being received with a large amount of skepticism by members of the country's own coal industry. (Currently Colombia exports about 2.8 million tonnes/year of metallurgical coal).
