Calder will lead new merged Walter Energy/Western Coal

Western Coal's Chief Executive Officer Keith Calder will lead the new company formed by the merger of Walter Energy and Western Coal. Walter Energy's interim CEO Joe Leonard will step down from his position, but will remain a member of the company's board.
