CONSOL begins sealing Buchanan mine

CONSOL Energy said it will begin sealing the Buchanan mine in compliance with a government issued safety requirement.This is considered to be the final step CONSOL must take before it can reopen the mine,which produces premium quality low-vol met coal.At this point,it isn't clear exactly when the Buchanan mine will be allowed to resume production.
