Officials from Hillsborough Resources recently visited with power coal buyers in Asia to determine if the market would support expansion of the Quinsam mine.The results were positive."Management recently returned from an extensive trip to visit potential customers in Japan and South Korea,including major utilities and cement producers.Management was well received by all,with strong interest expressed in potential coal supply from the Quinsam mine and from the proposed Wapiti mine.Several firms expressed interest in equity participation in both of these operations and there are ongoing follow up discussions," Hillsborough said in a written statement.
