The La Nina weather phenomenon is bringing heavy rains and flooding to Colombia, which has the potential to disrupt coal production and export shipments in the second half. Colombia certainly isn't a stranger to wet weather. Typically Colombia experiences its rainy season during the months of January to June. Then starting in July the weather begins to moderate. That's not the case this year.
