The Brazilian steel mills have settled contracts with U.S. exporters for about 2.8 million tonnes of metallurgical coal, sources tell Coal Americas. While most soufces agree on the volume involved in the contracts, there is less consensus where price is concerned. Some sources say Jim Walter Resources agreed to sell its Blue Creek #7 mid-vol to the BSM at prices just under the US
