Techint: U.S. and Chinese financial systems are 'frail'

The president of Techint, a company based in Argentina and Italy, is expressing caution about the outlook for the global steel industry. "In the last five years, iron ore prices went up 300 percent, scrap rose 270 percent, coal increased 500 percent and the price of aluminum doubled," Paolo Rocca said during a presentation at the First Brazilian Steel Conference.
