As La Nina continues to hammer away at Colombia with a powerful punch of heavy rains and flooding, the country's largest coal producers haven't declared force majeure on export shipments like their counterparts in Venezuela. However, one has to wonder if the La Nina conditions persist through May (as meteorologists now say they will) if Colombian producers might eventually find the need to declare force majeure.
