The La Nina weather system isn't going away quietly in Colombia. The nation's Institute of Hydrology, Meteorology and Environmental Studies (IDEAM) issued an alert this week after determining that 13 of Colombia's 32 districts face a high risk of flooding and landslides due to torrential rainfall.
