Teck Resources has signed an agreement with Westshore Terminals to ship coal from its mines in British Columbia and Alberta for a four-year term from April 1, 2012 to March 31, 2016. Under the agreement Teck will ship 16 million tonnes during the first year of the contract and larger amounts in subsequent years, all at fixed rates through Westshore.
