Surcharge on coal exports will be considered

A bill proposing a surcharge on coal exports from ocean and river ports in Colombia has been accepted by the nation's Congress.However,the amount of the surcharge has not been defined yet.Coal exports from Colombia had been considered free trade and were subject to a 15 percent income tax and no export tax.
