摘要

The possibility and validity of the application of the cluster model and fractal analysis to describe friction and wear of polymers are shown. The non-linear mode of temperature elevation in the contact zone is governed by the fractal structure of the polymer matrix. The main structural feature of carbon-fiber-reinforced plastics that affects friction and wear is a loosely packed matrix.
