摘要

The problem of determining a non-stationary temperature field in a block-on-disc pair is considered for high sliding velocities and small overlapping factors. The problem is solved numerically using the finite difference method. Results of the analysis of a non-stationary temperature field in the cutting disc - diamond pair are reported.
