摘要

The results of studies show how the conditions of the deposition of titanium-nitride based coatings and their structure influence the tribological characteristics at dry friction and in diesel fuel. It is demonstrated that the coatings with consecutive layers of titanium nitride, copper and polytetrafluoroethylene have the best characteristics. In this case the wear rate of steel - coating pairs is an order of magnitude less than that of steel - steel pairs, and the friction coefficient decreases from 0.35 to 0.15.
