摘要

Tribological properties of carbon fiber reinforced plastics (CFRPs) by different types of polyamides (PA-6, PA-66, PA-610, and PA-12) have been investigated under friction against a steel counterbody. The chemical constitution of the polyamides affects the friction coefficient and the temperature of friction for CFRPs. The composite by a PA-12 polyamide shows the best properties among the studied materials. The friction wear of the CFRPs depends on the physicomechanical characteristics such as elasticity and strength. A CFRP by a PA-6 polyamide demonstrates the least wear rate.
