Key Problems of Assurance of Quality and Performance of Friction Surfaces from Topocomposites

摘要

The article analyzes the ways of assuring the quality and performance of topocomposites for triboengineering applications. A number of scientific and technological problems need urgent solutions, such as the criteria of materials selection, engineering methods of calculation of the stress-strain state in the contact zone, the operating capacity and life with various criteria of strength and wear resistance, development of the methodology and technical means for evaluating the physico-mechanical characteristics and parameters of quality of friction surfaces with fine hardening coatings.
