摘要

The influence of substrate material nature and the annealing of diamond-like coatings on their tribological characteristics was studied. It is shown that the harder the substrate, the higher the wear resistance of the coating, and the lower the friction coefficient. The effect of annealing on the coating characteristics results from the occurrence of the graphitization and oxidation processes.
