摘要

Friction and wear of poly-(ethylene-co-propylene) and poly-(butadiene-co-acrylonitryl) rubbers were studied both under mild conditions (Psp = 0.05 MPa; V = 0.25 m/s) and on a special stand for testing seals under loads up to 550 g/cm, V = 10 m/s and temperature up to 250℃. It is shown that introduction of an organofluoric modifier into the rubbers strongly improves their wear resistance and thermofrictional characteristics. The causes of this behavior were analyzed relating to the modification of the surfaces of rubber specimens and migration of the fluorine-containing modifier towards the surface.
