Canada's coal export terminal capacity is becoming tighter

Once, in the not so distant past, Canada was one of the few places on earth where coal producers never had cause to worry about the availability of coal terminal capacity. That's beginning to change. Currently Westshore Terminals, Ridley Terminals and Neptune Bulk Terminals on Canada's Pacific coast, have a combined annual throughput capacity of 53 million tonnes, with Westshore accounting for 59 percent of the capacity.
