摘要

Bis-1,2,3,4-tetrahydropyrimidinylalkanes/benzenes 2a-f have been synthesized by the reaction of N,S-acetals with formaldehyde and diamines. Reaction of pyrazoles 3a and 3b with diamines and formaldehyde yield bis-4,5,6,7-tetrahydropyrazolo[3,4-d]pyrimidinylalkanes 4a-b and bis-1,2,3,4-tetrahydropyrazolo[1,5a]triazinylalkanes and benzene 5a-c respectively in good yields.
