Tc-99m diethylene triamine pentaacetic acid (DTPA) dynamic renal scan is widely used to evaluate urological complications after renal transplantation, especially for urine leakage. Although the most common site of urine leakage is based on urethrovesical anastomoses, it can also be seen anywhere in the abdomen, even in the scrotum. In our case, we showed scrotal lymphedema caused false-positive result for scrotal urine leakage detected by Tc-99m DTPA dynamic renal scan.
