摘要

Renal collecting duct (Bellini) carcinoma is a very rare variant of renal cell carcinoma It is associated with a poor prognosis and is often meta-static at the time of diagnosis. We report a case of a 44-year-old man affected by Bellini carcinoma, who underwent postoperative staging with ~(18)F-FDG PET/ CT. It revealed high tracer uptake at multiple lymph nodal metastases.
