摘要

An exact relationship between intrinsic diffusivities and the atom-vacancy exchange frequencies has been found recently by the authors for the multicomponent random alloy. In this paper we employ this relationship in order to analyse the measured intrinsic diffusivities examined: to determine ratios of exchange frequencies cross section of concentrated binary and ternary disordered alloys. The binary systems are Ag-Cd, Ni-Fe, Zr-U, Ni-Cu and Co-Ni alloys, the ternary systems examined are Co-Cr-Ni, Cu-Mn-Zn and Ag-Cd-Zn alloys.
