摘要

In recent years, mechanical alloying (MA) technique has been used for preparation of complex oxides or oxide solid solutions. The interests have widely spread out over various research filds and the research results have been individually developed and reported. We now review these reports MA studies on oxide ceramics and, furthermore, present our investigations mainly focusing upon the formations of ionic conductors and its defect structures. For unique properties of the resultant materials, MA technique should be a promising method as an alternative route to obtain the functional materials.
