Continuous unital dilations of completely positive semigroups (vol 269, pg 998, 2015)

In the article [1], I proved the existence of a unital strong dilation for every CP0-semigroup acting on a von Neumann algebra with separable predual. The proof used, without mention, a nontrivial equivalence between two continuity types for completely positive semigroups.
