摘要

The optimistic expectations placed on the 3rd ISFRI congress in Marseille, mentioned in the last JOFRI editorial entitled "Vive la France", were more than reached: over 160 participants from all over the world travelled to the meeting in Marseille and witnessed a milestone of scientific quality and diversity, not only these aspects, but also the social programme and get-togethers were indeed memorable events based on friendship and the sensation of going forward with our "baby", the ISFRI, in order to build a joint future in forensic imaging.
