In order to investigate the effects of biofertilizers (Biosuper and Nitrazhin) and mineral fertilizer (Yashil) on some morphologic and physiologic traits of corn cv. 604 under water deficit stress, a split plot experiment was conducted in a completely randomized block design with three replications in 2009 and 2010, in research field of Faculty of Agriculture in Tabriz Branch, Islamic Azad University. The experiment treatments consisted of water deficit stress as a main factor at three levels (irrigation after 70, 120 and 170 mm evaporation form class A pan) and fertilizer levels as secondary factor (b1 Biosuper, b2 Yashil, b3 Nitrazhin, b4 Biosuper + Yashil + Nitrazhin and b5 control). Biosuper and Nitrazhin were consumed applying on seed and during 6-8 leaves period. Yashil was applied as spray once in two weeks after 6-8 leaves period. The results showed that the reciprocal effect of both factors was significant in most traits so that in 70 mm evaporation and concurrent application of Biosuper + Nitrazhin and Yashil increased measured traits. In this treatment seed weight per plant was 246.1 g/m2 , biomass 5016 g/m2 and 100 kernel weight 35.51 g. This enhancement caused to increase this treatment yield relative to other treatments and reached 2040 g/m2. In general in low stress conditions the fertilizers have high function and biofertilizers adjust stress effects in the plant.
