摘要

The purpose of this experiment is investigation of performance and intera-specific biodiversity of all 54 oval cocoon strains of Iranian silkworm germplasm Bombyx mori based on reproductive characters. Silkworm rearing technique included single batch rearing system. Feeding and other conditions of larval rearing were conducted following the standard procedure and all germplasm strains were reared under standards protocols in all rearing steps. ANOVA, evaluation index value and subordinate function value were calculated for comparison and biological indices. From the obtained results, it was clear that different strains of silkworm Bombyx mori showed different performance based on reproductive characters. The dendrograms obtained from hierarchical cluster analysis of Iranian silkworm oval strains based on studied traits are presented in seven figures. The analysis of variance regarding to studied traits showed that different strains have significant different for traits (P<0.01). Totally, T5-P (289.687), Koming-1[154] (80.419), 124-16-9[116] (279.975), CS120[7409] (278.422), and Shaki A x D (275.658) showed higher evaluation index values. Also, BH-4 (3.391), 726[118] (3.150), 124-16-9[116] (1.910), Mose.Black-Plain[2] (3.053), and BH-3 (3.049) showed higher subordinate function values. The results on germplasm evaluation of the different silkworm strains tested in the present study indicate genotype significant effects on performance evaluation.
