Enantiospecific enzymatic synthesis of N-carbamoyl-D-p-fluorophenylglycine and N-carbamoyl-D-p-trifluoromethylphenylglycine

摘要

Enantiospecific enzymatic hydrosis of rac-5-arylhydantoins is described. Immobilized D-hydantoinase from Vigna angularis was used to produce with 100% conversion and over 98% enantiomeric excess N-carbamoyl-D-p-fluorophenylglycine and N-carbamoyl-D-p-trifluoromethylphenylglycine.
