Chylothorax and chylopericardium in Beh?et's diseases: Case report and literature review

摘要

Beh?et's disease (BD) with chylothorax and/or chylopericardium is uncommon. Here, we report a case of a 32-year-old man suffering BD with chylothorax and chylopericardium complications. We also review the literature and discuss clinical characteristics, possible pathogenesis, and treatment strategy of patients suffering BD with chylothorax and/or chylopericardium complications.
