摘要

Current biological chemistry,as one of fundamental sciences,has been developing especially swiftly.Expansion of knowledge,discovery of new phenomena(folding,processing,chaperones,prions,etc.),specification of mechanisms of realization of some particular phenomena-all this leads to an increase of volume of current textbooks and handbooks.The generalized exposure of the main regularities(in a form available to students),transition onto the level of exposure of the teaching material,at which the diverse peculiarities are an illustration of a higher level of generalization,become the actual task.
