摘要

The XX century,with its social cataclysms,altered people's concepts of significance of moral principles for normal life.The problem has expanded to such degree that it deranges the foundations of science,which usually have been rather far from this.This cannot help affecting efficiency of research,as it would be wrong to believe that the scientists' problems are due only to material causes.The alarm on this matter already exists in physiological literature(Agadjanyan,1994-2004).But the feeling of the coming danger had appeared long before it became obvious.
