At present, insufficient attention has been paid to various forms of the saiga behavior in individual situations of its life activity due to its poor availability. At the same time, taking into account an expansive areal of this species in the past, it can be suggested that it is owing to behavioral plasticity that the saiga, one of the rare representatives of the mammoth fauna, has succeeded in surviving until our time.
