On the theory of conductivity of anisotropic composites: A weakly inhomogeneous medium

The conductivity of a weakly inhomogeneous anisotropic medium is considered. The effective conductivity tensor σ?_e is determined in the approximation quadratic in deviation of local conductivity σ (r) from mean value {σ ?} for an arbitrary anisotropy of the composite.
