摘要

The swirling flow of a dilatant liquid in a cylindrical channel was investigated. It was established that the effective viscosity of this liquid increases with increase in the shear stresses arising due to the swirling of its flow and that the sizes of the recirculation zone and the intensity of recirculation of the liquid in it decrease with increase in its nonlinearity factor.
