Cadmium Zinc Telluride Substrate Growth, Characterization, and Evaluation

Cadmium zinc telluride substrates were grown by the vertical andhorizontal Bridgman techniques, characterized, and evaluated.Evaluation included the fabrication and testing of infrared focalplane arrays. Correlations of substrate defects and FPA performancewere made.
